In order for us to ship by air service, your order must be placed online by 11 a.m. Central Time. Don't forget to view our Specials before ordering for discounts. For air (express) shipping, orders must be placed by 11 a.m. Central Time. Note that Express Mail is not always delivered in one day, depending on the origin (Dallas, TX) and the destination of the shipment, and it may not be available to all areas. We only ship to street addresses. Neither Post Office Box addresses nor any PMB (Private Mail Box) addresses are accepted. We may require a signature upon delivery to residential addresses. As of June 2, this is the ground transit map for UPS from our location to yours. This changes from time to time, so one may visit www.ups.com to see a current transit map from zip code 75231. A U.S. Ground Map usually can be found by clicking on "Calculate Time and Cost," and then clicking on "U.S. Ground Maps" on the side tool bar on the UPS web site. Please know that UPS only delivers Monday through Friday unless a Saturday Delivery is requested. Saturday Delivery requires UPS Second Day or Next Day Air shipping options with an additional charge for Saturday Delivery. Call us by 11 a.m. Central Time to request this. Products must be in the original condition except for the plastic protective wrapping of the video(s) and/or manual(s). No product can be returned if the CD ROM's seal has been opened on any product which includes a CD ROM. Please note that most all files and forms that are on the CDs are mentioned in the text of products. A 25% restocking fee may be applied, and this fee will be applied if any damage has occurred to the products.
Call us before returning a product, since our customers' comments and needs have helped us to service customers better. At this time, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
