If your order includes a video, DVDs will be sent to you instead of VHS tapes if you do not check the VHS tape option on the order form. We suggest that you select DVD since VHS tape life is very short. In addition, DVDs can be viewed on computers that support a media player. At this time, we do not sell to countries outside of the United States. |

Any option that you choose for FedEx or UPS ground service may be shipped via DHL ground in the short term as we convert our online shipping ordering service. We will look at what is the fastest service to your location. This excludes orders that you state to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
For air and express shipping service, please send your online order or contact our office before 12:00 p.m. Central Time in the United States for confirmation.
We only ship to street addresses. This excludes Private Mail Boxes (PMB) and Post Office Boxes.
Starting February 28, 2006, any order shipped to a residential address will require a signature upon delivery.
See the FedEx transit map below to view transit times to your location from ours. Again, we will check with DHL and UPS, too, to find the fastest ground carrier to your location or order time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ship it back to us within seven days after receipt (see exceptions below).
Products must be in the original condition except for the plastic protective wrapping of the video(s) and/or manual(s). No product can be returned if the CD ROM's seal has been opened on any product which includes a CD ROM. Please note that all files and forms that are on the CDs are mentioned in the text of products. A 25% restocking fee may be applied.
Call us before returning a product, since our customers' comments and needs have helped us to service customers better. At this time, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and Information.
